A delightful stay with kind staff

The hotel left us with warm impressions—spotless rooms, delicious breakfast options, and attentive staff who went above and beyond. The beach shuttle was a thoughtful addition, too!

The panoramic views from the room were stunning and truly a highlight of the stay. The room itself was spacious and modern, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Walking to the beach felt like an expedition, with no proper pedestrian paths and the area not being very pedestrian-friendly. I encountered cleanliness issues, like bugs in my bed and dusty surfaces, which should not happen at this price point. The breakfast quality was mediocre at best, with stale bread and lackluster items, failing to match the expectations set by the hotel’s appearance.

The sea view from our room was truly breathtaking! The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, making our stay delightful. the location is a bit off if you don’t have your own transport. 😅

The room was spacious, and the bed was huge and super comfy, making it the perfect spot to unwind after exploring. I really enjoyed the outdoor pool and the chance to book a soothing massage, which helped me relax. Just a heads-up, breakfast closed right at 10 o'clock, so set your alarm! 😄

The rooms were always clean and so modern, loved that! The staff, especially at reception, were a real chommie and full of good tips for exploring the area. Breakfast was lekker with both Western and Asian choices, totally a highlight for us!

The pool looked nice but it was mostly shaded, didn’t get a chance to really relax there after all.

During my stay at Hotel Ikon Phuket, Sha Extra Plus, I was particularly impressed by the supremely comfortable bed in my room, which provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. the breakfast offered a delightful variety of options, fueling my mornings perfectly before venturing out.

The breakfast selection featured indulgent pastries that became a daily highlight. while the pool bar’s mojitos were a delightful treat, the shuttle timings did not always align perfectly, making my commutes back from the beach longer than expected. Room service also exceeded expectations with delicious meals, enhancing the overall experience.

during my past trips to phuket, ikon's modern vibe and stunning hilltop views truly exceeded my expectations. the breakfast was delicious, providing a mix of european and local fruits, which made mornings delightful.

Just stayed 4 nights with my partner and wow, the ocean views from our big terrace were breathtaking! The staff were super friendly and always there to help. The breakfast was great too, especially the omelets! Just a heads up, the walk to the beach was a bit long, but not a dealbreaker.
